• Choorna pinda sweda or podi kizhi is one of the popular treatment which are highly effective remedies offered by Ayurveda towards the pain relief.
• In this treatment herbal powders are heated or fried in herbal oils tied in a bolus to rub against the painful parts for a fixed duration of time.
